Recommended Height?

We designed GluteyGains to fit most shapes and sizes with our adjustable backrest. Within seconds you can adjust your GluteyGains to accommodate your height.

We recommended the height of the user to be within the 4"10-5"11 range.

Size of the machine?

When folded, it takes up little room at the dimensions of 70x60x15cm

When in action, it extends to 100x60x55cm.

Want to lift heavier?

GluteyGains standard package comes with 80kg worth of resistance (4x 20kg resistance bands).

Our 110kg weight package comes with the above plus 1x 30kg resistance band.

Our 140kg weight package comes with the above plus 2x 30kg resistance bands.

You can use up to 200kg worth of GluteyGains resistance bands at one time. Don't let our packages stop you.
